items we deal in, with the exception of gold and silver. Please read our sales

Ammunition Shipping Information:
Individuals who are eligible to own
small arms ammunition may purchase it by mail order. Some jurisdictions, such
as Connecticut, Massachusetts, and many areas in California prohibit
importation of ammunition into their state except to Federally Licensed Dealers,
FFLs. In order to ship ammunition to anyone, we have to have two documents. One
is a State-issued, valid, photo ID, such as a Driver's License. If a person
does much buying of ammunition by mail, he or she should scan a clear document
that combines his/her driver's license with a completely handwritten, not
typed, note that reads similar to the following: “I, (John Doe or Mary
Doe) certify that I am at least 21 years of age, and that I am not prohibited
by any Federal, State, or local law from owning and receiving small arms
ammunition through common carrier. “

Every bit of this particular
batch of ammo we’ve sold for the past five years or so has been bright, clean,

are not clear about the exact bullet weight, we estimate the bullets at about

9mm 124 FMC Steel Case Box of 50
Three years ago, we were selling
brass case 9mm here in the store for as low as $ 6.39 a box, including
Mag-Tech. The 25 “fat” years of cheap ammo prices are, as we have rather rudely
been apprised, over. This is excellent ammunition; we have sold and used
Sellier & Bellott ammo since the 1960s with excellent function and accuracy
experience. The boxes in the photo, some of only 50 we were able to get our
hands on in early 2008, are likely the last 9mm ammo we will be able to sell
for 20 cents a round. Bullet is 124 grain full metal case, and the cases are
non-corrosive, boxer-primed brass coated steel cases. We have sold this ammo to
good effect locally for use in Smith & Wessons, Rugers, and Berettas with

Regulations for receipt and possession
of ammunition are identical to firearms. Anyone who undertakes to purchase a firearm
must first of all be eligible to own one under State and Federal Law.
Disabilities from owning firearms include being under 21 for handgun ammunition
(or for use in a pistol grip rifle or shotgun) or under 18 for long gun
ammunition; conviction, indictment or information of a misdemeanor domestic
violence or felony (it does not matter if the person served jail time or not,
the conviction or information suffices); adjudication of a nervous disorder or
disability; and non-citizenship in the United States. If anyone who is not
eligible to own a firearm attempts to purchase ammunition from us, we will
assist law enforcement in that person’s prosecution. If anyone attempts to aid
and abet the acquisition of ammunition from us for an ineligible person, we will
assist in all involved parties’ prosecution. We have no intention of violating
any laws. That is why we cannot ship some ammunition to some jurisdictions
(states or local vicinities where there are prohibitions).
